Beauty Beat: Mineral Makeup One of the top beauty trends for 2008 is mineral makeup. Cincy Chic talks with a local beauty expert about these up-and-coming skin enhancing products. Look in a mirror. Is your face a different color than your neck? Is your makeup giving you the female "5 o'clock shadow" as it settles in the fine lines around your mouth and eyes?
